SENSORTrak™ is a self-contained data
collector that may be used to monitor the performance of production
assets (equipment, line, cell, etc.) that typically lack communication
capability, or any interface would adversely affect such assets
(validation issues, risk of production disruption, infrastructure
modification, etc.). SENSORTrak™ makes it possible to collect automated
data without the need for changes to the equipment, control systems,
and or the infrastructure.
SENSORTrak™ data collector accommodates up
to 14 counters/totalizers (2 @ 5 KHz and 12 @ 1 KHz). The input to
these counters/totalizes is provided via photoelectric sensors.
The unit provides an accurate measure of productivity by counting parts
being processed (input, reject, and output). Data for system
availability, performance and quality metrics is recorded and analyzed
via interface with TrakSYS™ real-time performance management (RPM)
software. The collected data may further be contextualized by using the
EVENTTrak™ operator interaction application.
